Lifeline are hosting a 1hr Mind Your Mates Inclusive of our LGBTIQ+ community on the 11th and 18th of January - incl. a free workshop afterward for those interested in creating their own LGBTIQ+ themed flag - either in pride of your own identity, or in support of those who are part of this community.
With these events we hope to provide support prior to and following the Cassy Judy "Body Parts" LGBTIQ+ event hosted by the Glen Innes Community Centre on Sunday 14th January 2024 at 3PM
LGBTIQ+ people may experience discrimination, harassment and hostility in many aspects of their everyday life – in their places of work and education and when accessing health or other services. If you or someone you know are part of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer/questioning community and are struggling with your mental health, you’re not alone."
