To make an appointment phone the Glen Innes Community Centre on (02) 6732 1682. Appointments are available every Tuesday and Wednesday between 10:30 am and 2:30 pm.

To be eligible for assistance, you will need to provide evidence that you are experiencing a short term financial crisis.

3. The energy account is for either electricity or natural gas for their NSW home.

4. The customer is in a short-term financial crisis or emergency and finding it hard to pay the bill.
